Does Innovative Decks hire subcontractors?

All of the construction work is constructed by Innovative decks employees. We only hire subcontractors for plumbing, and certain some electrical. Our subs have been working with us for over 10 years and are also licensed and bonded with the village we are working in.

What type of payment does Innovative Decks accept?

All major credit cards, checks, or cash.

How long does construction take?

There are many factors in this case, The size of the project, time of year (weather) etc…The average deck takes less than 1 week, though an extensive one can take up to 2 weeks. One of our sales members can give you a more exact idea per project.

What Warrantys does Innovative decks offer?

Innovative Decks offers a 3 year labor warranty on all of the work performed, however most of our material has lifetime warrantys which is apx 25-30 years.

Do I need to wait until spring to have an outdoor project started?

No Innovative Decks builds year round, it is actually better in the winter because there are more specials run and you can enjoy your deck or gazebo in the spring instead of waiting on a list in the summer months.

Once I sign a contract for work what if we have changes is it to late?

Not at all most customers make changes after signing and even during the construction, we are a very hands on company and want the building process to go as easy as possible. If changes are made there is a work order change.
